📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for the Medical Assistant team, providing
• Mentor Medical Assistants and contribute to development, engagement, and performance.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members on workflows and standards.
• Monitor daily workflows to improve efficiency and team performance.
• Help ensure clinical processes are followed in the remote care environment.
• Support leadership with quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant healthcare or medical field preferred.
• 5+ years of Medical Assistant experience.
• 1–2+ years of leadership, mentoring, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative Medical Assistant workflows.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; coordinate priorities and provide guidance.
