🎯 Requirements

• Deep, progressive experience in Product Operations or PM in B2B SaaS
• Experience designing and scaling Product Operations functions
• Proven leadership with people management and team development
• Expertise in product planning frameworks, governance, data standards
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management
