- Lead HEOR strategy for a major therapeutic franchise.
- Partner with Commercial, Market Access, Medical, R&D, and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee design and execution of HEOR studies and evidence generation.
- Apply HEOR methods: claims, EHRs, registries, modeling, reviews.
- Translate research into clear value narratives for stakeholders.
- Communicate HEOR priorities and align with product strategies.
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Health Services Research, Pharmacoepidemiology, Public Health, or related
- 7+ years HEOR experience; 10+ years with Master’s degree.
- Proven track record designing and leading HEOR programs.
- Strong expertise in secondary data research (claims, EHRs, registries).
- Experience with pharmacoeconomic modeling and evidence synthesis.
- Knowledge of US payer, HTA, and regulatory landscapes.
