📋 Description

• Hands-on OSS & operations automation role in Megaport’s ops team.
• Manage monitoring, support systems; drive automation across tools.
• Lead cross-team tech dependencies and tool implementations.
• Customer teams: CS/TSE/NOC, networks, production dev engineers.
• Develop ops automation strategy and delivery roadmap.
• Architect scalable, end-to-end OSS solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in IT/telecom/cloud systems engineering.
• Agile mindset; remote leadership in distributed teams.
• Certifications: Salesforce/Atlassian; BA/Agile; Cloud/Analytics; Telecom/Network.
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenNMS, Nagios, Alerta.io.
• Networking: SNMP, MIBs, NMS, MPLS, AWS networking.
• Salesforce ecosystem: Admin, Apex, LWC, Data Cloud; GitHub CI/CD.
