Sr Clinical Research Physician

📋 Description

• Lead China local development project team to propose development strategies for new compound
• Design clinical development plans and protocol discussions to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Global JAPAC, CDO, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Development
• Manage medical activities such as medical surveys, Ad Board meetings, and KOL visits to support
• Support regulatory submissions and provide clinical expertise for successful approvals in China.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical degree with 3+ years in medical/clinical development in pharma/biopharma or equivalent
• Understanding of regulatory framework and cross-functional program development in Clinical
• Experience in study design, data collection/analysis/interpretation, and ability to summarize data
• Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centric mindset with high ethical standards.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
