🎯 Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years in Service Delivery Management
- Language: Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Stakeholder management: able to influence senior stakeholders
- Communication: excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management: strong governance and engagement background
- Analytical skills: data-driven decision making
