Clinical Research Associate II - Florida

📋 Description

• Primary contact for investigative site; engage sites and strengthen AbbVie’s positioning.
• Aligns, trains and motivates site staff and PI on trial goals, protocol, and patient treatment
• Conducts site evaluation, training, monitoring (routine and closure) with GCP/ICH compliance and
• Customize site engagement strategy using CRM tools; report progress and measure impact.
• Connect protocol, scientific principles and trial requirements to daily execution; optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Health-related degree preferred (medical/science/nursing).
• At least 1 year clinically related experience; 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Keen understanding of therapeutic areas; knowledge of regulatory/ICH/GCP.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, planning, organization; ability to work in fast-paced
• Proficient with technology/resources for site-centric support; excellent interpersonal and
