- Set global technical and accreditation strategy for BA Certification
- Lead global technical and accreditation functions across regions
- Define global certification policies and operating standards
- Provide authoritative technical direction for certification business
- Manage Accreditation Body relationships (UKAS, ANAB, SAS, etc.)
- Ensure compliance, consistency and viable operations
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in certification/accreditation, global leadership
- Experience leading dispersed teams globally
- Strong policy/ governance and accreditation knowledge
- Engage with senior leaders and accreditation bodies
- Commercially aware with focus on compliant, scalable delivery
