📋 Description
- Lead global technical and accreditation strategy for BA Certification
- Manage cross-country teams and regional affiliates
- Define and enforce certification policies and governance controls
- Provide authoritative technical direction and decision-making
- Maintain relationships with Accreditation Bodies (UKAS, ANAB, SAS, etc.)
- Drive simplification and digitalisation of processes and audit delivery
🎯 Requirements
- Graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in certification/accreditation; global leadership
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Strong command of management system certification and accreditation
- English proficiency; ability to communicate with senior leaders
- Willingness to travel internationally
