Job Description
📋 Description
- Partner with program teams and executives to gather reporting needs and translate into dashboards
- Compile, integrate, clean, and analyze large multi-system datasets for portfolio reporting.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models for cost, schedule, quality, risks, and
- Develop data transformation logic using Power Query, SQL, Excel, and related tools.
- Build and optimize data models, measures, KPIs, and calculations with DAX.
- Configure data refreshes in Power BI Service and other environments.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include CS, Engineering, Data Science, OR/Industrial
- 3–5+ years experience; 5–7+ years preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar BI platforms.
- Experience developing dashboards and balanced scorecards to support decisions.
- Strong data cleaning, transformation, and integration across multiple sources.
- Experience with SQL and data workflows; data modeling skills.
