Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-level technical support via ServiceNow for Databricks and cloud requests.
• Onboard new Data Landing Zones (DLZ) with technical requirements gathering.
• Run pipelines, scripts to provision/modify Azure and Databricks resources.
• Support deployment of Azure resources using Infrastructure as Code.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate to improve efficiency and response times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and onboard apps smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years Databricks experience in technical/operational role.
• 1–3 years Azure Data Factory experience.
• Experience in application support, technical ops, or cloud support.
• Familiarity with Azure; exposure to AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, and Delta Sharing is desirable.
