Cloud Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide first-level tech support via ServiceNow for Databricks and cloud requests
• Onboard Data Landing Zones (DLZs) requirements gathering
• Execute pipelines/scripts to provision Azure/Databricks resources
• Support deployment of Azure resources using IaC practices
• Automate repetitive tasks to boost efficiency and response times
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and onboard smoothly

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years with Databricks in ops/tech support
• 1–3 years on Azure Data Factory
• Experience in app support or cloud operations
• Familiar with Azure; AWS/GCP exposure is a plus
• Git/GitHub/GitLab familiarity
• Knowledge of Unity Catalog, RBAC, authentication, Delta Sharing
