• Bridge regulatory needs with Core Network engineering
• Lead workshops with MNOs, regulators, partners
• Assess requirements vs platform capabilities
• Create workflows for MNP, Lawful Interception
• Define rules for MNP, voice/SMS routing
• Identify data points, reporting needs, validation rules

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical business analysis or solutions architecture
• Translate complex regulatory docs into engineering deliverables
• Strong telecom knowledge: SIP, SMS routing, MNP, interconnectivity
• Experience writing user stories, specs, acceptance criteria
• Proficient with Jira and delivery workflows
• Experience across multiple markets; MVNO familiarity appreciated
