🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in telecom ops leadership (FTTH/broadband/cable).
• 7+ years program management; cross-functional leadership.
• Hands-on FTTH/GPON deployments and related operations.
• 5+ years leading teams and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of OSP, drops, installation/repair processes.
