Senior Application Support consultant - Distribution

📋 Description

• Provide first level direct support to partners and customers within SLA objectives
• Proficient with Acumatica product suite and troubleshoot issues via phone/chat/web
• Maintain positive client relationships and analyze business requirements
• Deliver solutions and educate clients on Acumatica products
• Manage service requests and ensure timely resolutions and escalations
• Document inquiries and share best practices with team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ERP, SaaS experience preferred
• Experience with Acumatica or other ERP/CRM software
• Familiarity with inventory valuation methods
• Proven remote problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfort with ERP software like Dynamics AX/NAV, SAP, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Sage, Odoo, Siebel
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, multitasking
