Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Curriculum Development & Training Subject Matter Expert (SME)

📋 Description

• Provide expert OSINT guidance across curriculum development.
• Advise on and validate course content and training materials.
• Translate OSINT concepts into teachable instructional content.
• Apply ADDIE model for structured curriculum development.
• Support OSINT training programs, reviews, and improvements.
• Mentor partner-nation faculty in OSINT training delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years OSINT experience in intelligence or security contexts.
• Proficiency with OSINT tools and methodologies (GEOINT, Dark/Deep Web, data analysis, OPSEC).
• Experience designing or contributing to technical training curricula.
• Experience applying ADDIE to curriculum development.
• Ability to translate complex OSINT concepts into practical training content.
• Experience in OSINT training development, validation, and improvement.
