📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Partner closely with product and design as a true thought partner
• Own your work end-to-end and deliver results on time
• Apply industry-standard engineering practices: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, feature
• Set the technical direction and quality bar for the team
• Mentor and guide junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, Python, or comparable language
• Deep understanding of backend systems, API design, and data modeling
• Familiarity with ML/LLM systems is a plus
• Ownership mindset and ability to work across teams
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Keep up with evolving AI capabilities and apply them thoughtfully
