📋 Description

• Develop as a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across primary surgical specialties.
• Support and lead product demonstrations and in-services to maximize system utilization.
• Balance technical/clinical focus initially, progressing to sales emphasis in year two.
• Provide guidance and training to surgical teams on the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Coordinate regional sales events and customer trainings under local management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales or 1 year leadership experience.
• Fluent in English and local language as required.
• Ambition, work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven team player with ability to travel up to 70%.
