Lead Data Scientist (FMCG)

📋 Description

• Own Data Science solutions for market/industry on new or existing products, services, and design.
• Be a DS business partner for country leaders to drive revenue and EBITDA goals.
• Meet clients to translate strategic needs into analytics strategies and innovative solutions.
• Support Client and Commercial teams with DS design and methodological questions.
• Own DS solutions for client requests and provide initial recommendations.
• Lead application of data and analytics strategies to meet client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Degrees in Maths, Data Science, Statistics or related fields.
• 6+ years experience in market research or related field.
• Solid understanding of the CPG/FMCG industry and its market impact.
• Experience with consumer-sourced data solutions preferred.
• Strong communication to translate complex concepts for stakeholders; leadership and collaboration
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and programming languages (Python, R) would be beneficial.
