Support Manager II, Finance Systems

📋 Description

• Lead the application support function for Grab's finance systems landscape
• Manage a team of 15+ consultants across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and India
• Act as senior operational owner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related platforms
• Ensure production stability, incident resolution, and finance month-end/year-end activities
• Govern Oracle quarterly updates and oversee integration health
• Escalate issues and align support with the Finance Systems roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• ≥7 years as a Support Manager in finance systems/ERP with leadership experience
• Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge for global systems
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials/Procurement expertise
• Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations (OCI, REST, SOAP, FBDI, ADFDI)
• Experience with quarterly updates, testing, production readiness, SOX controls
• Experience using AI/automation to improve support (self-service, classification, automation)
