📋 Description

• Lead governance operations across marketing, creative, technology, and compliance
• Coordinate forums, agendas, materials, and follow-up across cross-functional teams
• Draft executive summaries, briefings, POVs, and stakeholder communications
• Maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base (policies, decisions, recordings, summaries)
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for governance leadership
• Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or strategic operations
• Strong cross-functional coordination in complex enterprise environments
• Hands-on governance forum management, cadence tracking, and follow-up processes
• Strong knowledge management and documentation skills
• Experience with marketing operations or content creation lifecycles
• Excellent written communication; ability to produce executive-ready materials
