📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows, identify AI integration opportunities
• Coordinate pilot AI implementations (copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented systems)
• Collaborate to design, test, deploy AI workflows for client data and processes
• Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, and support systems
• Partner with AI design to ensure usable, well‑scoped user experiences
• Monitor adoption and iteratively improve configurations after launch

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, BT, Engineering, or related
• 3+ years in process design, systems integration, or digital transformation
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, copilots, automation platforms (Zapier, LangChain, Azure AI
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI lifecycle
• Ability to operationalize AI across business functions and systems
• Strong collaboration, systems thinking, documentation, and problem solving
