📋 Description

• Analyze client workflows, operational processes, and business requirements to identify AI
• Coordinate pilot AI implementations with copilots, agents, retrieval-augmented systems, and other
• Collaborate with AI specialists to design, configure, test, and deploy client-specific workflows.
• Integrate prompt libraries, memory structures, UIs, and AI capabilities into CRM, ERP, and customer
• Partner with AI design specialists to ensure user-facing agents deliver proper behavior, tone
• Monitor adoption, gather user feedback, and iteratively improve workflows post-launch.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process design, systems integration, product implementation, or digital
• Hands-on experience configuring AI agents, copilots, automation platforms, or workflow solutions
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, API orchestration, AI workflow design, and AI lifecycle
• Strong understanding of operationalizing AI across functions, systems, and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong
