Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

📋 Description

• EMEA Benefits Operations: full lifecycle ownership for EMEA benefits lifecycle.
• Country launches: work with Legal/Payroll/Product/CX on new markets; 12 new countries planned in
• Broker & Carrier Relationships: manage brokers/carriers; negotiate terms.
• Data & Reporting: track enrollment, utilization, cost data; inform design decisions.
• Program Management (evolving): build operating system for international benefits at scale.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Product, Legal, Payroll, Customer Success on strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in international benefits with deep EMEA knowledge (UK, EU, expansion markets).
• Experience with procurement, renewals, broker/vendor mgmt, plan design in multi-country env.
• Track record launching benefits in new markets.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments for benefits.
• Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, RFPs, renewals, contract negotiations.
• Ability to analyze benefits data and translate insights into recommendations.
