• Own design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors.

• Use AI tools to move faster: prototype ideas, test hypotheses, generate variants.
• Iterate based on data: monitor performance, run A/B tests, keep improving.
• Run and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand hesitations.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer.
• Generalist mindset: comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft.
• Collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA, etc.
• You use AI tools in daily workflow to speed exploration and generate variants.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics to prototype in browser and work with engineers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to solicit and push back when needed.
