Director, Global Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead Nexthink’s global Procurement function with strategic oversight of indirect spend
• Define and execute procurement strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap
• Develop category management across Software/SaaS, Cloud, Technology, Professional Services
• Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HR, Marketing, Sales, Engineering
• Build and coach a high-performing team of Category Managers and ensure stakeholder alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management experience, ideally in
• Proven global indirect procurement leadership and complex negotiations
• Experience developing procurement capabilities, operating models and maturity
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders
• Analytical and financial acumen with track record of value delivery
• ERP/Procurement systems experience; NetSuite desirable
