• 4+ years in social media operations, marketing operations, or creative project management
• Experience building/managing content calendars at scale across multiple platforms
• Experience configuring publishing/project tools (Notion, Jira, Sprout Social, Google Workspace
• Working knowledge of FTC content policies and platform compliance requirements
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate operational work
• Strong written communication and high tolerance for ambiguity
