📋 Description

• Support stand-up and operationalization of internal AI Content Creation Governance COE for a US
• 80% PMO and governance operations; 20% strategic and Chief-of-Staff support.
• Coordinate cross-functional forums, manage knowledge/decision tracking, and prepare leadership
• Work with marketing-focused stakeholders; familiarity with marketing operations and content

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in enterprise PMO execution or program operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience with governance, forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, and action-item
• Knowledge management and documentation skills; excellent written communication.
• Strong research/analysis and information-synthesis abilities; executive communication skills.
• Advanced English; LATAM-based with overlap to US CT hours.
