- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field nurses & Clinicians (PT/OT & SLPs) to deliver
- Conduct supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients
- Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff
- Collaborate closely with office leadership to drive operational success
🎯 Requirements
- Active Virginia RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2+ years of RN experience
- Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance
- Supervisory or leadership experience
