Strategic Program Manager, Support

📋 Description

• Partner closely with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to scope and execute
• Translate strategy into operational plans and ensure delivery against key metrics
• Facilitate alignment and unblock dependencies across teams
• Lead initiatives spanning Support, Product, and internal lines of business to improve user
• Drive joint Support-Product strategy and improve end-to-end experiences for priority user groups

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, or program management
• Experience in cross-functional settings spanning strategy, analysis, and operations
• Strong PM skills with end-to-end project execution and measurable impact
• Robust analytical skills to derive strategic insights from data
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leaders across teams
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive creative solutions
