Engineering Lead, Self-Driving System (SDS) — Tokyo

📋 Description

• Lead engineers building scalable behavior systems for cars
• Own SDS delivery for Japanese customers
• Partner with Japanese OEM engineering teams
• Define Tokyo team's engineering roadmap with SDS HQ
• Drive strategy and architecture for L2/L4 autonomous cars

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software for autonomous vehicles/ADAS
• Strong C++ in safety-critical or real-time systems
• Deep in at least two: perception, prediction, behavior & motion planning, control, sensor
• Experience taking a prototype to on-vehicle deployment
• Proven ability to architect large-scale production software for robotics/automotive
• Leadership experience managing engineering teams; strong communication
