📋 Description

• Serves as an assistant to the Food Services department.
• Keeps equipment used in the preparation, storage, and serving of food in sanitary condition.
• Manages cleanliness of storerooms, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers.
• Sets up dish room and dishwashing machine before each meal.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Maintains floors and cleans dining areas during service times.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with youth.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
