Jr. NOC Analyst

📋 Description

• Proactively monitor production networks, applications, and services.
• Respond to and resolve alerts/alarms per SOPs.
• Track issues in a ticketing system.
• Escalate alerts/issues to the appropriate Support team and assist with timely resolution.
• Work with tools: Splunk, New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, Jira, Slack, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Excellent monitoring/troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, Networks.
• Working knowledge of issue/ticket tracking systems.
• Good English (B2+). Able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
