📋 Description

• Lead visual merchandising and store operations to drive sales and profitability in partnership with
• Manage execution of key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, floor
• Maintain product presentation, stock levels, and visual changes per directives with the Visual
• Plan and execute visual floor changes with payroll and business needs; adapt to store priorities
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess needs of business, team and guests.
• Lead by example, inspire staff, recruit and develop talent, and coach Associates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment; strong interpersonal and written communication
• Proven leadership abilities with decision-making skills; capable of coaching and developing staff.
• High energy, upbeat, enthusiastic with the ability to balance fun and work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Values feedback and is receptive to coaching; motivated to achieve results both individually and as
• Job Level: Associate; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
