Job Description
📋 Description
- Perform scheduled diabetic eye exams using company imaging equipment; travel to practices
- Travel up to 100% for field visits in the Houston area; local residency required
- Engage virtually with team members, providers, payers, and care teams on non-appointment days
- Perform retinal screenings and support closure of eye exam quality gaps
- Complete training on retinal imaging procedures and maintain competency
- Manage daily eye exam schedule and travel logistics; mileage reimbursed
🎯 Requirements
- Willingness to travel daily, up to 100%; full training provided
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Associate degree or greater in a related field
- 1–3 years of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology, quality measures, medical billing/coding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and healthcare systems
