• Lead demand gen across paid and organic channels
• Own acquisition investment and pipeline performance
• Explore emerging channels, including AI-native platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in performance/growth marketing or related field
• Experience scaling six-figure monthly Google Ads budgets (B2B SaaS)
• Strong CAC/ROAS management and funnel economics
• Deep Google Ads knowledge: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube
• Hands-on with Clay/HubSpot/GA4 or similar CRM/analytics
• Strong SQL, data-driven storytelling, and experimentation skills
