Sr. Sourcing Specialist, PCBA (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Own demand planning and strategic sourcing for hardware
• Balance cost, quality, and lead-time targets
• Drive end-to-end supply chain execution for Starshield hardware
• Coordinate with suppliers for prototypes and mass production
• Support internal stakeholders through RFX processes
• Push for process improvements and cost-saving programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in purchasing/procurement or 5+ years without degree
• Technical procurement/planning with PCB/PCBA or electrical components
• Experience with RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and supplier evals
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and org skills
• MS Office, SQL, Access knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication
