📋 Description

• Role on the Mimir squad focusing on query, storage, and ingest of telemetry data.
• Work on Go-based distributed systems running in Kubernetes across cloud providers.
• Contribute to roadmap, develop features, and own reliability and performance of services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and follow-the-sun support.
• Collaborate openly in a remote-first, global team with strong code reviews.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to design and release processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven backend experience with Go or similar languages.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logs, traces).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and on-call experience.
• Open-source mindset and willingness to contribute to external projects.
