Center Standards Incentive Officer (CSIO)

📋 Description

• Oversee student personnel and discipline system per directives
• Supervise student activities and center policies
• Develop and implement policies affecting student discipline
• Audit areas for contractual compliance and effectiveness
• Communicate with staff, students, and families about actions
• Document investigations and report results

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree preferred; associate plus 1 year acceptable
• 5 years' experience may substitute degree
• Valid state driver's license; data collection experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• CPR/first aid certification
• Fluent in Spanish and English; MS Office skills
