📋 Description

• Support stand-up and operationalization of internal AI Content Creation Governance COE for a U.S.
• 80% PMO/governance operations and 20% strategic/Chief-of-Staff support.
• Coordinate cross-functional forums, manage knowledge and decisions, and prepare leadership
• Focus on marketing-related stakeholders, workflows, and content creation lifecycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments.
• Governance forums, operating cadences, decision tracking, action-item management.
• Strong knowledge management and documentation; marketing operations understanding.
• Excellent written communication; ability to write executive summaries and POVs.
• Advanced English; LATAM-based with overlap to U.S. Central Time.
