Lead, Data Center Security Delivery (Construction to Operations)

📋 Description

• Lead the security delivery program across Anthropic campuses under construction: from
• Own construction-phase security with contractor vetting, access, and equipment protection
• Define milestone security acceptance criteria; participate in FAT/SAT and punch lists; sign-off
• Verify operator readiness: staffing, SOPs, security systems, and contractual obligations met before
• Execute clean handover to operations: assemble as-builts, test records, credentials, and
• Rewrite DCSE delivery requirements and processes where they fail in the field; drive improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Delivered physical security scope on new-build data center or critical infrastructure from design
• Managed milestone/commissioning-acceptance processes (FAT/SAT, punch lists, sign-off).
• Held operators or vendors accountable to contractual security obligations with tangible evidence.
• Confidently say “not ready” when needed and drive a plan forward.
• Capable of handling multiple concurrent construction sites and delivering handover dates.
• Author risk-related standards/documents and rewrite when necessary; influence across contractors
