📋 Description

• Primary contact for unowned partners (200+).
• Execute written, email-based outreach to partners.
• Maintain written relationship with partners without calls.
• Develop lightweight enablement assets (templates, FAQs).
• Escalate high-potential partners to a PM.
• Collaborate with Sales and CS for handoffs as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written communicator, clear and personable.
• Organized with CRM data, detail-oriented.
• Proactive, self-starting, problem-solver.
• Process-oriented; templatize and automate repetitive work.
• Comfort with HubSpot, Slack, Pylon, Euler.
• Interest in SaaS or Shopify/ecommerce is a plus.
