• Strong data analysis/manipulation skills; proficiency in R and Python
• Advanced use of AI tools to support biostatistical analysis, AI-assisted coding workflows
• Experience harmonizing large, complex datasets across sources/formats
• Excellent scientific writing for non-specialist audiences
• Familiarity with real-world data, patient registries, or observational research preferred
