Machine Operator (1st Shift)

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain production machines including bindery equipment, guillotine cutters
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations
• Accurately report completed orders using company-approved systems
• Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
• Ensure equipment and stations are maintained and replenished for the next shift

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with willingness to learn
• Experience troubleshooting and running machines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet during shift
• Proficient in written and verbal English for work instructions and safety protocols
