Car Detail Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead daily last-mile operations in the Vehicle Quality Readiness (VQR) department.
• Oversee movement of vehicles from assembly to staging and ensure delivery-ready prep.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and prioritize tasks for VQR Associates.
• Monitor quality standards and resolve or escalate production or delivery issues.
• Collaborate with production, detailing, and shipping teams to meet schedules.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance workflow, safety, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in vehicle detailing, inspection, quality control, automotive production, or logistics.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or team coordination experience.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Minimum G2 License with a clean driver’s record.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
