📋 Description
- Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca's brokerage APIs (equities
- Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, and external stakeholders to scope, plan, and
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and align on resources
- Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and track progress toward key deliverables
- Track risks and dependencies, and report to leadership and partners
- Navigate onboarding requirements (KYC, AML, regulatory disclosures) with partners
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise-level project management with strong process, analysis, design, and
- Strong verbal and written English communication; able to engage Chinese-speaking clients effectively
- Problem-solving with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Global/customer-facing flexibility; FinTech, financial markets, and investing interest
- Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace
- Startup mindset; sales/customer success background a plus; training/enablement experience a plus
