📋 Description

• Performs work involving the skills of two or more maintenance occupations to keep equipment of an
• Performs preventative, routine and emergency maintenance on all homes/offices, vehicles, and
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age 16
• Working knowledge of painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, auto mechanics, yard work
• Working knowledge of repair procedures for walls, flooring, windows, doors and other hardware
• Must be able to lift and/or support 50 pounds
• May need to drive within program sites and business office
