📋 Description

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for ChatGPT and Codex app ecosystem experiences across consumer
• Build and ship high-quality first-party app experiences inside ChatGPT and Codex.
• Collaborate with partners to create app experiences for real user and business workflows.
• Define product foundations and quality standards for a trusted app ecosystem.
• Lead cross-functional execution across teams (engineering, design, research, partnerships, GTM
• Use customer, partner, and model-behavior insights to prioritize the roadmap and post-launch

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building consumer or enterprise product experiences with measurable impact.
• Experience building app platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
• Fluency with MCPs, APIs, SDKs, and model/product constraints.
• Ability to move between strategy, product, partner judgment, and execution.
• Strong written communication and ability to bring clarity to fast-moving areas.
• Commitment to user trust, safety, privacy, accessibility, and enterprise readiness.
