Sr. Facilities Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead construction and facilities related construction projects and upgrades for new production
• Assist with design and issuance of drawings, docs, and reports for aerospace/industrial projects
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, crane, lighting, doors, roof, security, and fire protection
• Communicate schedules to personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines
• Write and manage scope across multiple disciplines for construction and facilities
• Maintain interior office and factory cleanliness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years in facilities vendor/contract management (in lieu of a degree)
• 5+ years managing facilities vendors, contracts, or shipping/logistics
