Utilities Manager

📋 Description

• Own recapture performance end-to-end for multiple communities
• Lead a team of analysts; set priorities and hold them accountable
• Hands-on with rate analysis, billback launches, submetering, and vendor contracts
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, community managers, and outside vendors

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in utility management, property operations, or financial analysis
• People management experience; can coach and provide tough feedback
• Advanced Excel; comfortable with large GL exports
• Knowledge of multi-state utility pass-through regulation or ability to build quickly
• Strong vendor negotiation and written communication skills
• Nice to have: experience with ManageAmerica or Conservice; track record of managing recurring cycles
